Typically, eating healthy means a lot of difficult food prep, but luckily that’s just not the case with the plan I’m working with. Today marks the official start of my journey with the Cinch Program. (You can see my initial weigh-in over here.) For breakfast, I had a chocolate shake and coffee. For lunch, I had a blueberry almond meal bar that was anything but bland. Right now, I’m enjoying a snack bar that tastes like lemon cake and an energy tea that tastes like pomegranate. I can’t begin to tell you how delicious this is together.
The best part for me is that it’s time to put the kids down for their nap and for once I’m not tired. The ingredients in the supplements and meals I’ve had today help to balance out my blood sugar levels so that I’m not getting a the-coffee’s-gone crash. This has been spectacular and given me the energy to get several projects done around the house and do some work on my work at home blog. I feel like I’m on top of the world today.
I’m working out like crazy. Part of being with Team #Cinchspiration is a little friendly competition between 50ish women for a spokesperson contract. They’re looking for women who make a big transformation and frankly, I have a lot to prove. I’ve gone up and down with my weight, but I’ve never had the toned body to match the weight numbers. That’s going to end. I’ve got six months to show just how much this opportunity has inspired me to finally be a very attractive woman; not in spite of being a mother, but because of it. If I’m healthy, my children will learn that from me. I have to be their motivation. I want to be yours too!
